Our Team

Beyond limits provides a place of peace for anyone living in poverty or distress!

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Susan Sadler

DSCF7604.png

Susan is a visionary and entrepreneur, setting up Beyond Limits back in 2015. With a demonstrable track record for leading and inspiring others, she has helped thousands of disadvantaged people to believe in themselves, to change their lives and to better their circumstances.

Susan continues to be an inspiration for all those involved in the charity.

Her drive and enthusiasm is infectious, which is why Beyond Limits continues to evolve and grow to provide it’s essential services to those who need it most. Susan is more aware than most that she wouldn’t be in the position she’s in without the constant backing of her team.

Having suffered numerous strokes over the years, their loyalty and support has bound this successful organisation together and kept their services going no matter what.

Susan’s personal health challenges have also given her a unique understanding, empathy and drive to help others. Susan has been a successful public speaker and trainer. Her long career of hard work and selflessness to others was recognised when Susan was awarded the prestigious Durham County Council Chairman’s Medal.

Meet The Staff

Linzi Nicholls, Volunteer Coordinator

Not only is Linzi a trustee of the charity and a dedicated volunteer, but she is also a member of staff. Linzi works as our volunteer coordinator, using her years of experience in the charity sector, as a coach and as a mentor, to ensure our volunteers know exactly what is needed and when.  It also ensures that we have only the number of people on site needed for a particular project, keeping everything safe and efficient.
