Our Team

Beyond limits provides a place of peace for anyone living in poverty or distress!

Founder, Beyond Limits

Susan Sadler

Susan founded Beyond Limits in 2015 with a vision to create spaces where people could rest, reconnect, and feel valued. With a deep heart for those facing hardship, she has helped shape a charity rooted in compassion, creativity, and community.

Her leadership has enabled thousands to experience moments of dignity, joy, and transformation—often when they needed it most.

Susan continues to inspire everyone involved with Beyond Limits.
Her energy and passion are infectious — and they’re a big reason the charity continues to grow and evolve, reaching those who need it most. Susan often says she could never do this alone and is forever grateful for the team whose loyalty and support have kept Beyond Limits strong through every challenge.

Having faced her own serious health struggles, including several strokes, Susan brings a unique empathy and understanding to the people we help. This deep personal insight fuels her commitment to improving lives and fostering a culture of compassion.

A passionate public speaker and trainer, Susan’s dedication to others was honoured when she was awarded the prestigious Durham County Council Chairman’s Medal — a fitting recognition of a lifetime of selfless service.
